It works well and was brought from Life Fitness as a re-conditioned piece of kit that is in good working order and has been well looked after. I am selling it as I have brought new kit now.

There is the odd scuff mark from general light use, but on the whole it is in truly superb order as shown in the photos, and is now being sold because we require the space. Comes from a smoke free home.

Have not used for a year or so, and has only been used for about 150 miles in total

The display of the treadmill can show calories, pulse, speed time and distance. Pulse measuring is through hand contact.

It has preset programmes which allow you to set the time that you want to run, the calories that you want to burn etc.

There are three automatic programmes that have varying speeds in 15 mins, 30 mins and 45 minute workouts.

There is also a quick start function, press the start button and off you go.

The treadmill can be inclined manually and will fold up in a very small footprint.

I am also including a sit up bench which is used but okay condition. Along with this is a cross trainer/bike. This item wasn't originally mine but the person who I was storing it for has asked me to get rid as he cannot keep it. The bike is in okay condition but has some wear and tear from moving but is still in a useable condition. It has only been used a small number of times, I have not used it since I have been storing and I beleive the nuts for it to shange the handles are not the originals but they do fit and the bike works fine.

This equipment would need to be moved in a small van because of the size of it all however it all folds down and can be stored in a tidy manner. This would be ideal for someone who wants to start working out and given the vast amounts you can do with all this equipment there is enough to keep a fitness regime varied.

Several years old,  was £799 new.

The treadmill begins to slip when running on it and appears to lose power.  Once you step off the treadmill it runs fine again.  I do not have the technical ability to fix this, and it is sat in the garage not being used.  Parts are available from the manufacturer.
