This item is a customer return from a large mail order company. The boxes were slightly damaged so therefore we opened the box and checked the condition of the item, we then assembled the item and checked that it is complete and in full working order. We then Shrink wrap the item to protect against any damage during carriage. 99% of these Items are basically Brand New and generally these Items have no marks or blemishes on them, however It is possible that there may be superficial marks, or scratches etc which do not affect the function of this equipment.
